Video of Fuller and Sons, trading as Container Clad involvement with Sika UK in the construction of the Metrolink in Manchester. The steel containers located alongside the Metrolink accommodate the electrical switch gear for the railway which were clad with brick panels to make them aesthetically more pleasing. This video is about the installation of the cladding rails and the brick panels. No mechanical fixings were permitted as would conventional be used to fix the cladding rail to the substrate.
