Elevated Mast Photography and Virtual Tour at Park 17 Whitefield, Lancashire
Commissioned by Standard Life Investments we were instructed to photograph a single industrial unit available on this business park at Whitefield, near Bury Lancashire. We were able to combine the work with a virtual tour of the industrial estate all branded ‘Park17’ and Standard Life Investments all included as part of the package.
The drop down map is a little different here, being an aerial photograph of the industrial estate, rather than the usual site plan. All of the virtual tour views were photographed at high level using our vehicle mounted hydraulic mast.
The industrial estate is managed and marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle. The estate was constructed in the 1980’s and is distinctive nicely landscaped with many trees as can be seen in the virtual tour. A few photographs of the vacant industrial unit are included below which is currently advertised on the Estates Gazette website and NovaLoca, commercial property finder website.
