31 Dec Property Photography at 665 Ajax Avenue (new build)
A brand new office/ warehouse on the Slough Trading Estate at 665 Ajax Avenue, Slough, SL1 4BG. The new building is a spec development by Segro consisting of a warehouse, 8 metre high to the eaves with first floor office completely fitted out. Externally there is a large loading area with parking for more than 50 cars. The building is currently being marketed by Cushman and Wakefield and you can download the pdf brochure from their website here or our own pdf download here. All of the photography was completed by Commercial Property Photography and this included progress shots and an interactive virtual tour of the building.
This is one of those developments that involved most of the photographic services provided by CPP, elevated mast photography, portfolio brochure photography and lastly an interactive virtual tour of the completed building.
Segro plc produces a trading estate magazine at Slough and wanted monthly progress photographs during construction, capture from an elevated level which we undertook over the nine month build program by Kier. A few of these elevated mast shots are included here below.
