We were very pleased with the final property video of Green Park, Reading for Oxford Properties. Green Park covers 79 hectares and accommodates 1.4million sq.ft of Grade A office space let to the likes of PepsiCo, Huawei, Cisco, Veritas and many more.
The business park has just been sold to Mapletree Properties, a Singapore company who in a very short time is now managing £1.4 billion assets in the UK. Green Park prides itself with its wildlife habitats and stunning parkland with a large freshwater lake in the centre. As someone who travels along the M4 weekly you can’t help missing the 120 metre wind turbine which actually produces enough electricity to power 1200 homes!
