Commercial Property Photography were asked by Savills to help market the remaining part of Crossflow 550 in Avonmouth, Bristol. Part let to Culina the remaining 338,000 square feet is still a very large space. We undertook a Virtual Tour of the warehouse space and the associated offices.
There is every likelihood that the remaining space will be sub-divided and this option has been created with CGI graphics within the virtual tour. Drop down menus are also included within the VT browser window showing the Agents, JLL, Savills and Knight Frank with the contacts details of the individual agents at the respective offices. The second drop down menu shows an aerial image of the Crossflow site which doubles as a location plan. Clickable links are included on the drop down location aerial view to the external viewpoints of the virtual tour scenes.
The computer generated warehouse sub-dividing partition wall is shown within the warehouse viewpoint here. Options showing the wall both in place and removed provide a visual indication of the whole and sub-divided space.
Pop-up banners within the virtual tour show features that the agents wanted to highlight to show the prospective tenant when viewing the VT. All of our VT’s are very well displayed on alternative devices such as iPad, tablets, mobile phones and Android. The html coding is both flash and HTML5 which automatically switches to suit the viewing device.
Always impressive is the gyro feature when viewing with tablet or enabled mobile. With the gyro switched on (there is a button on the bottom toolbar) you can view the 360 degree immersive tour simply by moving the tablet screen around you. If you cannot see the button it probably means the gyro facility is not available on the viewing device!
