Marathon Asset Management sell Heuston South Quarter in Dublin to Henderson Park, the European private equity company for €222 million. The development was completed between 2005 and 2008, includes six buildings with office, residential and retail accommodation. The centre piece is the office called the Brunel Building designed by Anthony Reddy Architects and constructed by JJRhatigan. Architectural photography in the depths of the winter is always a challenge but we managed to find some fine weather though daylight was limited!
