Merchants Square, Paddington

No. 4 Merchant Square East is an £87 million residential building and an important part of the Merchant Square Development in Paddington. The building is designed by architects The Kalyvides Partnership and includes the facade system by Carea, the company we were employed by showcase their cladding system.

The commission included both video and photography with an emphasis on the external cladding. Carea have their own You Tube Channel to showcase all the case study property videos that we have undertaken for them.
